Getting error while creating connection in NPrinting

Hi Friends,

I am creating one connection with QlikView app, which is present in the Production server and with Section access,

I am using Qlikview Production server service account in creating the connection. as below :

After running verification, I am getting everything fine  as below,

Now when I am clinking on save, getting below error  :

but after 5-10 seconds, status got to change, but Cache status not getting change, like below :

Please tell what wrong is there, what is this error and why this status is not changing.

Hi,

Be sure that all the Qlik NPrinting Engines are online in the related page in Web Console. Be sure that you have an active QlikView Desktop license for the user who runs the Windows service for all the Engines as described in the help site.

Log into the Engine with the user that runs the Qlik NPrinting Engine service and open the same document from the QlikView server by using QlikView Desktop. You must be able to open it successfully.

Check the Qlik NPrinting Engine log files.
