NPrinting Report Creationin Qliksense 17.2.1

Hi Guys,

I am working on Qlik Sense NPrinting 17.2.1 and facing lots of challenges

1= Unable to Import the users through Excel even not getting the options

2= In Designing Report, The extensions i have used in Dashboard are not showing in NPrinting.

3= Template designing issue.

Can any one suggest me on these point? any videos which can help me to learn this ?
