2 or more connections NP 2018 FEB

Hi guys,

How do you add 2 or more connections to create 1 report in NP18?

In 16 it was quite straight forward. In NP help webpage there are instructions how to,but  I didn't mange in version 17.

Wondering if it's even possible?Did anyone succeed?

i can create multiple connection what is the error you are facing?

Hi Chanty,

I don't receive any errors, just there is no function to add another connection after one is created. Can you explain me how exactly you are connecting to multiple sources? First you are creating one connection and then building report in designer, export report as template, then create other connection and import previously extracted report template to add objects from another qvw/qvf source?

Sorry, maybe before I didn't explain myself too clearly, I would like to build one report from 3 different qvw connections and have no idea how to connect 3 sources to one template in NP versions higher than 16.

create one app and then create multiple connections

so it will be in one app with multi connections

in designer while adding objects  you can able to see the multi connections right top

What do you mean? One connection = one app, if I try to change connection for already existing app it is impossible for me as this option is greyed out.

Thanks, I understood now. While creating new /different connection select all the time  same app.

exactly   then you can able to see multiple reports on single app.
