Hello,

I'm having a problem loading metadata.
It doesn't work for an app.
The NPrinting account has access to this application.
Recharging by the QMC works without worries.

Hi @VATIGNEZ,

First of all I am glad you got it all working - that is good news. What is unclear though is couple of things:

1. Missing objects usually are not affecting metadata reloads - so that should not be an explanation to your issue
2. On the other hand you mentioned word "Triggers" which are not supported and list of unsupported objects was provided in link by Frank. That means you should delete all triggers and not only objects from triggers. 

Unsupported objects are 'not supported" and will cause issues. It means they MUST be removed from qvw in order to work properly in NPrinting. No cutting corners there!
