My IT department has decided to have sole access to NPrinting. I need to know if NPrinting can be "sectionalized" so that my division can have kind of own world to schedule and manage NPrinting actions.
Or must It be Centralized
Hello @Marius_
I have moved your Post from Qlik SAAS forum to the NPrinting Community.
NPrinting is not designed by default as a multi-tenant platform if that is what you are referring to.
However, NPrinting can be managed by more than one User for a company that have more than one division.
You may do so by creating different NPrinting roles or each environment or department and assign different users for each role:
For example:
Dept1.
Managing Roles: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Managing-roles....
Creating Users: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/Recipients&Users/Create-users-filter...
Repeat for each Dept.
The above example is VERY general and may or may not meet your specific requirement but it could be a starting point to achieving your desired result.
Hope this guides you in the right direction.
Others here may also have ideas to share with you as well.
One more thing...if you are new to NPrinting, you may wish to check out this resource link as well:
Kind regards...
