Can't send excel report to some recipients in Nprinting

Hi everyone

I am using Qlikview Nprinting to send excel report to managers. In the past period of time, it works fine. However, Qlikview throws some errors for some recipients from last week:

Error Error: Access violation at address 01B618A9 in module 'NPrinting.exe'. Read of address 00000000

I have 52 recipients totally, about 40 recipients encountered this problem.

Any help is welcome.

Hi,

this is not enough information. ALWAYS declare what version and configuration of software you are using!!!

Down to your error - maybe service account does not have enough privileges (FULL ADMIN rights)  to write to certain locations, but it is hard to tell since you are not telling us if your report needs to be stored on HDD or send to NewsStand or mabe send via email.

Provide more info and maybe we will be able to help you

I found the reason. 

Because my QVD miss a field that be used as filter in Nprinting.

Nprinting is working fine after add the field in the QVD.
