Cannot edit Word reports

Hello,

when I try to edit a Word report, I get an error message

"QlikView Nprinting cannot find a supported template editor for the file <PathToTemporaryFile.docx>. Error message: Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))".

My NPrinting is from May 2022 SR 1. My Microsoft Office 365 is up to date. Repairing and reinstalling NPrinting do not work. What can I do?
