Newstand: Add "login" column to results
If two users launch the same task one after the other it is difficult to differentiate the two results. I can't find how to add the username in the post results.
It is possible ?
Thank you for your help

@JFalgon can you share a screenshot to illustrate what you are hoping to accomplish?

Unfortunately the columns are not editable.
Please explore the NP Governance dashboard to determine if that will help with information you need.
Qlik NPrinting Governance Dashboard - Version 3 No... - Qlik Community - 1744538
If it does not, then you can ask the developer of the dashboard to add a feature.
Kind regards...

HI @JFalgon
Lets take a step back and think about it for a moment.
- NPrinting reports you see there are result of a publish task
- Publish task normally should be controlled by schedule/api or in case of emergency manual re-run
- In every scenario above that is done by quite narrow group of people (owners/admins of your environment or simply service accounts). Most of the time this is done automatically and runs of the schedule. If it isn't then maybe someone has got your NPrinting setup wrong?
- This is not something what should be seen in the News Stand but I understand that on some occasions you may want to know who exactly triggered the task.
- and for that you can explore Audit trail log which will provide you info you need: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Audit-trail...
- This log contains list of details re what happened in NPrinting environment. You may need to enable it first and configure it. I have written short post about it here: https://nprintingadventures.com/2021/02/06/nprinting-audit-logs/
You may as well help us understand more why you have different people triggering reports manually for everyone. Maybe that is the area you can work on?
