Charts are randomly blank in Nprinting May 2023

Dear Qlik Support Team,

After upgrading to the last version of Qlikview and Nprinting (May 2023), we noticed that charts set to be displayed as images in Excel reports are randomly blank.

See screenshots below: same report template with different renders.

In the Designer, images appear correctly in preview mode.

What we tried so far with no success : open/save the report and update the metadata

Any idea what happens ?

Regards,

Cédric.

Hello,

The option 'Push from Server' is not enabled in our Qlikview applications.

We are still running with the May 2023 IR, when will the fix be released ?

Hi @Ruggero_Piccoli ,

The release notes mentions the issue as a 'known issue', meaning it is not fixed: "QV-24977: Because of a critical issue with chart rendering in NPrinting reports we had to revert the fix".

Is the issue still being investigated ?

BR,

Cédric.
