Clear Qlik NPrinting temporary directory automatically

Hi ,

We are on Qlik Nprinting Feb 2024 SR1 and facing issue with auto cleaning of Temp location.

Example: C:\Users\YourServieAccount\AppData\Local\Temp

During reports creation or task execution reports are stored to the above location and files are not cleared automatically. This is causing increase in the folder size and server is running out of space. Every time we need to monitor the server and delete files manually.

Can you please help on any configurations / settings to delete the files automatically.

Hi,

A reboot of the server did not clean these files ?
Since it's temporary, it's should.

Nevertheless, maybe you can create a .bat file and run it periodicaly.
