Dates Sort differences in pivot tables - Qlik Community

This is really an annoying issue and I can't figure the reason for the inconsistent behavior of dates sort in Excel reports

which are created in NP.

In the following example, I exported data directly from the source model (the connection) to Excel, and the the dates are sorted as expected:

In the pivot created the with NP, sometimes the dates are not sorted correctly:

You can see that the source table below is sorted , but the pivot is not.

If I do "Text to column" on both source table, only the marked dates are formatted as dates:

Anyone has an idea how should I resolve this?

Hi,

I have a clue:

the issue is with dates that are from the 13th day of a month until the end of the month.

In such a case, Excel formats them as text.

I am still not sure how I should resolve it..

I have the same problem and don't know how to solve it either. Hope someone can help here.
