Do services need to be switched off to install NPrinting Engine on the same server as NPrinting Server?

Hi,

I couldn't see this in the documentation but wanted to check.

We want to install an NPrinting Engine on the same box as NPrinting Server.

We have installed NPrinting Server and the services are running.

Do the services need to be switched off first before installing NPrinting engine?

If so, do all the services need to be switched off or only specifc ones (which ones?)

Hi @jblomqvist ,

i installed the engine and didn`t stop the services of the server, worked for me.

I also don`t see stopping the services in installing videos.

It is not necessary to stop any NP services when installing the NP engine.

Separately, you need to ensure you meet system requirements before installing.
