Error NPrinting: Open designer

Hi community,

NPrinting show this error message when try open the designer:

I don´t know, but the report not show the charts. Is this error the problem? Before works perfectly, but update the version (Show 17.2.3.0, but is 17.3) and start to show this error and report in blank.

Any information?

Hi, have you tried to uninstall the NPrinting Designer application (it seems that you're still using an old version), and to install the 17.3.0 one?
