Version of NPrinting
Version: 19.0.3.0
Version of QlikView/Qlik Sense that this task is connecting to
12.10.20600.0 SR8 Qlikview Installed in NPrinting Server
Is the QV desktop the same version as the QV server?
Client Build Number 12.10.20600.0
No. of CPUs /processes per CPU
4
Memory installed
32 GB
It looks like you may have insufficient RAM to manage your NPrinting report processing.
If your QVW is say 1 GB in size for example, that may actually increase to as much as 10 GB depending on the complexity and amount of data in the QVW. If 10 GB memory time 4, thats 40 GB in memory and you only have 32...this is of course just an example.
There is no hard method of determining exactly how much 'in memory' usage will take place but you can view the usage in your Task Manager where the NP engine is running and view all the qv.exe processes and determine how much RAM is being used.
Also to ensure maximum performance you may wish to consider an update to NPrinting April 2019 release. There are also some bug fixes that may improve your situation.
Finally remember to ensure you have no unsupported items in your QVWs used with NPrinting reporting...these too can cause this issue. https://support.qlik.com/articles/000026081
