Error: "No connection with NPrinting server" with QlikView for On-Demand reports. How to fix?

Hello,

We have QlikView and NPrinting Nov 2017.

The users aren't able to access On-Demand reports but the administrators can.

Am I missing a configuration?

The administrators exist in the users list in NPrinting with security roles that enable them to on-demand create reports.

However the users don't and as such no security roles for them to create on-demand reports.

Do the users have to be added to NPrinting first and then ensure their security roles allow access to create on-demand reports?

Hi, 

 

Your issue seems most likely a permission problem with your users in NPrinting. 

 

As per the video below (check at 11:40 minute), one way to get around this is to create a new role (ex. "On demand ) and have your users provided with this new role.
