Error while N-Printing

Getting the below error while running the report 

ERROR: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Hi @mmadhu842 . 

1. This error suggests you are using incorrect host name to connect  - make sure you follow steps to export and use certificates based on the version you are using: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/NPrinting-with-...
2. June 2019 is no longer supported - Is that the version of NPrinting you have?
   1. If it is you can only connect it to Qlik Sense Jun 2019 or older as that is documented requirement in https://help.qlik.com
   2. What are your NPrinting and Qlik Sense versions?

Making sure your environment is supported and runs on supported configuration is first step - once that is confirmed against documentation then we can start investigating errors.

Hi, searching this error it seems to be a SMTP error, so it's about the SMTP configuration, or with the communication to the mail server.

If you are using Qlik NPrinting 2019 kindly ensure you plan to move to a supported version at the earliest.
