Hi,

First, please write in English so more people can help you.

If you have a development server and a production server I strongly suggest to install the same version of Qlik NPrinting on both to avoid migration issues. With latest 17+ versions there is also the reports export end import feature to help you to move reports from a server to another.

About migrating from Qlik NPrinting 16 to 17+ refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/April2018/Content/AdministeringQVNprinting/Import-reports.htm

Best Regards,

Ruggero
