Hi Techies,
Our current version of NP is Feb 2019 SR1. We are sending reports to 5000 users in one day where we have batches of 400-500 users and we run these user batches one by one.
We have noticed that few users randomly didn't receive the emails. It might be that the frequency of emails is too high when we initially start the distribution. most of the missed Recipients email address started with alphabet A.
When we rerun the task only for concern emails they received it fine.
My questions is do anyone else reported such kind of issue ever ?

hi Rohit.
Have you spoken to your SMTP admin to see if those "missing" emails reached smtp server and were not relayed? This is first thing I would do in such case.
As a alternative install smtp4dev on your NPrinting server and configure it as SMTP for NPrinintg. Then you will be able to preview each email which comes out from NPrinting and you will know if it is NPrinting issue or SMTP server issue.
