Hi All, I am getting this warning consistently when trying to preview any file type in NPrinting, word, excel, etc. I can navigate to the location to open the file but the extra steps are slowing me down and generally frustrating. Has anyone experienced this before an knows how to fix it? I am using version 24.4.7.0, or Feb 2024
Hello @Thos0036
Have you can tried to fully uninstall MS Office and NPrinting designer, reboot, then reinstall MS Office followed by NPrinting designer. If not please do so as uninstalling then reinstalling NP designer is required. This is a required step when upgrading your environment.
Keep in mind that if you are using some kind of Citrix or other virtualized desktop deployment, this would not be a supported configuration and again you would need to work in conjunction with your IT department to ensure it is configured to work in that type of environment.

Kind regards...
Is this the first time you are seeing this issue or was this working previously?
Does your NP designer have the same version as the NP server?
Did you install the NP designer on the c:drive or other? (Perhaps this is a citrix deployment also?)
Please note:
Qlik NPrinting can only be installed on C drives.
To move from one version of Qlik NPrinting Designer to another, you must uninstall the older version before installing Qlik NPrinting Designer. See: Uninstalling Qlik NPrinting Designer.
Please check all the limitations therein.
Kind regards...
Hi Frank, sorry for getting back so late. It was working previously. I had a different issue and someone from our support group deleted my temp folder contents as a potential fix, then i started having this issue. I also started having a weird issue where I cannot open the editor at all on Pixel Perfect.
NP designer is same, our group actually just upgraded everything both on server and designer. And it is downloaded on the C drive.

I did not try that, but i did end up just getting a new PC and now don't have the issue. Thanks for your input though.
