How to Migrate Nprinting reports from Dev/UAT server to Production Server?
Hi ,
I have built Nprinting reports in Development/UAT server. Now i want to migrate those reports on production to make it go live. Is there any process to directly migrate Nprinting reports from UAT to Production? or Do i have to create seperate reports on Production environment?
Please Help.

Hi,
Please, when posting a question, add ONLY the label related to the version of the software you are using. The answer could depend on this information ad adding all available labels made only confusion. Thanks.
If you want to replicate the whole development environment in the production one and they are both the same version you can create a backup of the development environment and restore it in the production. During the restore, you have to stop production services and you will have an exact copy of the development. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Backup-restore....
If you want to move only specific report templates, you can export them from the development environment and import into the production one as new templates or replace existing ones. You can export and import/replace only report templates. Publish tasks cannot be exported and you have to create them manually in both environments.

Ruggero

Just to add one point to supplement Ruggero's comments,
So you can backup restore the entire UAT to PROD if this is a first time restore.
Just ensure that BOTH environments are the same NP server, NP designer and NP engine versions or you risk to damage your deployment.
To incrementally move reports (one at a time), you need to follow the export/import help page mentioned directly above.
Make sure to backup both environments before you proceed.
Kind regards...
