Hi, You are not precise whether you are talking about Qlik Sense or NPrinting but...
1. If you deleted users - they are gone - there are no internal backups. If you want to maintain backups of repositories go to https://help.qlik.com navigate to Qlik Sense or NPrinting and search for BACKUP topic which has thorough instructions how to do it.
2. The same instructions apply to restorations
When we install Qlik Sense or NPrinting for our clients we warn them about necessity of taking backups. If you have not done that before then you lost the information after deletions.
