How to use the "Imported" filter of Recipients in NPrinting 16?

Hi all,

I'm learning the NPrinting 16, and now I have too many recipients in my user list, and it's hard for me if I want to delete a part of users.

Is there any good way to delete a part of user? like all users of a group.

And I found the filter "Imported", and I also want to know how to use that? maybe I can help me to do the delete job.

The red part of below picture:

Thanks.

i've implemented with reference of below article using excel file source as recipient

Hi Devarasu,

Thanks for reply, I have seen the first 2 links articles. And I also need to confirm one thing.

For the "delete old recipients" function, If I have 2 tasks, the source is from one excel, but different sheet.

If I checked the delete old recipients function for both tasks. will it delete other task's recipients? That's I'm afraid.

Because now I already have imported too many users into my NP from different sources, so I'm afraid it will delete all my users..
