After verification, facing the below error

balajibc64_1-1686045389628.png

1. Created the Qlik Sense Certificate via Qlik Sense QMC and pasted in the Qlik Nprinting servers.

Note: Previously, Its working fine. But that time Qlik View with Qlik Nprinting not working. After that issue in compatibility so we upgrade with latest version of Qlik NPrinting SR5. Now Qlik View with NPrinting is working fine, But Qlik Sense is getting failed.

This is working fine.

what settings do you use here?

And if you have checkbox turned on did you follow those steps all the way as they are different than in the past. It is not enough to just copy/paste certificates and you must also install them too: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/NPrinting-with-...

@balajibc64  Please take a look at this KB article: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/NPrinting-Connections-Fail-After-Qlik-Sense-...

It looks like that you need to recreate your Qlik Sense certificates.

@Lucas_Gatling Yes Already I tried. but still facing the issue. Eg: Qlik Sense in server 5 and QlikNPrinting is server 3, Generated the license in SERVER 5 and copied the license into SERVER 3 and renamed all the 3 license (SERVER3_client)  like this.

@Lucas_Gatling  Any file name wrong. Could you please suggest.

QlikSense - (S5); QlikNprinting - Server (S3).

1. While generate the license I'm giving Machine is (Server S3 Name), Hence 3 files is generated under the folder name SERVER S3.

2. Then I re-name the license Client to S3_client (In server S5)

3. Copied the license from S5 and pasted into Qlik Nprinting server S3.

4. Then restarted all the service from both servers.

Please correct if anything wrong.

1. check https://help.qlik.com for supported configuration. Make sure combinations of version NPrinting vs QlikView and NPrinting vs Qlik Sense are supported. If they are not then you need to work on that.

2. on the same help page you have described all steps required to deal with this error as well as all steps on how to regenerate certificates.

@balajibc64

If you have re-exported your certificates correctly as per the article shared by @Lucas_Gatling then you should be ok.

(Also ensure that the identity you are using is a member of the same domain as the Qlik Sense, QlikView and NPrinting servers.)

Note that the file name of the client.PFX is not critical. It is just necessary to distinguish which QS server it came from. You may name it as you wish.

Finally, make sure you do NOT have any older certificates in the SenseCertificates folder or subfolders therein as those will be read by NP server.

If you do, you must remove them an only use the most up to date certificates exported from Qlik Sense server

"C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Settings\SenseCertificates"

Kind regards...
