N Printing Error in EDIT TEMPLATE

I am trying to run a report in "n printing" but when I click "Edit Template", the NPrinting starts and suddenly stops and shows an error  "The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters."

What should i do? How can i resolve this Error?

Thanks in advance.
