N Printing - error logs from running 'On Demand' reports

Hello

I have a report in Powerpoint report in N Printing.  It takes data from a QV application.

When I try to run an On Demand report from the access point I get the error message in the nprinting_scheduler.log.

It refers to not being able to find a bookmark, but I think this is not the problem as we have no bookmarks in the application and the bookmark number increased by 1 every time I run the report.  Could you please suggest anything I can check

Many thanks

Paul
