I am Using Nprinting 16.2 version. I have created and scheduled a report in Nprinting. In Email distribution of Nprinting mails, I getting the mails from quarantine@messaging.microsoft.com, the screenshot mail i am getting is attached. After Click on Release to Inbox only i am getting the report mail to my Inbox. Everyday this process is repeated. Could please suggest me any one how can i solve this problem.
You'll firstly need to look at the headers of the message to see what rules you have broken on the Exchange server.
Try the Report as Not Junk option.
Or find another email hosting service that is easier to configure to allow you to receive those nprinting emails.
Hi @Gybert Wassenaar, Thanks for your help. I tried the Report as Not Junk option also. But still the problem is same. Can you give me the little more details on the other solution you mentioned.
