NPrinting 17.1(FR1)-server installation falied

hi folks..

i was uninstalled my NP17(SR1) for installing NP17.1 and then i start the setup for 17.1 then given the repo services password ..etc and also test credentials also ok then i click finish and next when the setup file trying to install NPrinting server   it ll shows error like below

and my log file shows

how to resolve this issue any suggestion please..

avinashelite - am using windows 10 & windows 8.1 is there any problem??

I am not allowed Qlik support. I also will not pay an administrative reseller £900 a day to make something that should work, work. How do I get NPrinting working. Alternatively has anyone had any joy getting their money back from Qlik?
