Appreciate if you could provide the step by step re-exporting sense server certificates as might missed some of the steps.

Thank you in advance.

Dear Dacanay,

Did it work with one of the previous versions of Qlik NPrinting, NPrinting 17.2.3 perhaps?

Kind regards,

Gerald

Dear Gerald,

This is a fresh installation of NPrinting and the qlik sense version is 3.1 SR4.

Performed the certificate installation: -> https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/17.3/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/Installing-sense-certificate... The cache status is ‘Generating’ for two days now.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi Romer,

I'm encountering same exact error, wondering if you found solution to this error.

I'm my case I'm using latest NPrinting and Sense releases..

Qlik NPrinting - 17.3

Qlik Sense Server - 3.1.5

Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks,

Laks

Check the firewall on your QlikSense server, ports 4242, 4243, 4747 should be allowed inbound on the QlikSense server

For future reference:  this issue was resolved for me by leasing a QlikView Desktop licence on the server.  Logging on to the server with the nprinting service account.
