Hi
In the version Qlik Nprinting june 2018 you can now use monthly and yearly schedules.
This is from the release notes pdf
Monthly and yearly schedule
Time-based triggers now allow the creation of monthly or yearly schedules.
This feature removes a gap between Qlik NPrinting 16 and 17+.
Best regards
Peter

Thanks. This is useful. Better then creating a lot of triggers for just one moment. I hope we will have soon a standard option to set it to monthly and per quarter.

Great documentation, thanks. We need to do something like this so I can't wait to set this up.
Eventually monthly/yearly schedules will be implemented so you'll be able to do things like last day of the month, first Monday of the month, etc.
Wouter's solution will work but you can also add multiple one-time triggers to a publish task and select the last day of each month:
This method really applies to 1st, Last, or any other day of the month. Using this technique you can tailor any frequency as it all can be based on Qlik script and its calendar.
it is good that you have brought it up!
well done mate

Is there already a release date available for a standard schedule per month option?
Nprinting September?
I have not seen this option in Sep 2017 version, but given that workaround is not hard to achieve i will not expect it to arrive soon.
cheers
Lech
Still no Monthly Option? This is fairly industry standard stuff to have a month-end report; i don't think creating 12 schedules per report per year is a viable "work around" to a piece of missing core functionality.
Compound this with the inability to copy triggers, makes it a logistical and cumbersome, time consuming process.
Is it still on a roadmap?
Thank you Alifian for this helpful documentation!
Cheers,
Bernd
Unfortunately I can't see any variable that is in Qlik Sense app when creating a new rule in NPrinting. How would you do this if you have Qlik Sense?
What I see in my QS app:
Compared to what I can (not) see in the NPrinting rule section:
Thanks
