NPrinting 17 - publish task emails sent prematurely

I have publish tasks set up to send emails, where sometimes I have the report attached and sometimes I don't (if I just want notification the task is done).  Does anyone know if it is on the road map to fix these 2 things:

(1) The fact that when the task logs a Warning, it sends out an email before the task is even done?  It seems like a bug to me that an email destination option would have emails sent before the publish task is even finished.

(2) The fact that when I abort a publish task, and restart it, I don't seem to get an email notification when it is done and it is set up to do so.

Does anyone have info on this?  Thanks.

I submitted a case to Qlik Support and was told that these items should be resolved in the NP April 2018 release, due out soon.  I will try to remember to report back to let the Community know if in fact issues were resolved.

After a week with the April 2018 version, the publish tasks seem to be running better in general.  I can't explicitly say that items 1 and 2 are fixed as I haven't ran into either scenario yet but if I do I'll report back.
