Hello,
for a few days we have got this issue for one report in our NPrinting:
It is a power-point report and it worked properly until end of last week. And other power-point reports work fine.
NPrinting --> May 2021 SR3
Office --> Professional Plus 2016
Do you have an idea what I can do that this one report will open again?

Hi,
With Microsoft Office 2016 the issue could be caused by something wrong in the installation. Please try to uninstall and install again Microsoft Office. You could also try to open the same template in a Qlik NPrinting Designer on a different computer to understand if the issue is limited to a specific machine.

Did you try restarting the local machine where designer is installed? Normally restart fixes such errors.
