NPrinting Emails not sent, task completed

Hello All, We have configured NPrinting Server and its working fine. Only for one task the status shows completed, but no email is sent to recipient. When we checked the log files, we can see that its showing, "receiving allocation from unknown engine" or "destination is not configured properly". But when we checked the configurations for engine and destination, those are same for other tasks which are working fine. Can anyone please let me know, what can be the issue. Regards, MK

Hi,

You posted to few details to help. Please start by specifying what version you are using, post the screenshots of the configuration and the complet log files. Thanks, details will help us to better understand the issue and suggest a solution.

If you send the test email from the SMTP server configuration will it be received?

Did you met all the best practices listed in the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up...?

Best Regards,

Ruggero

Hi,

A task is sending emails correctly and another isn't. Did you activated the email as destination in the second task?

Hi,

If in the log file you can see that Qlik NPrinting send the emails to the smtp server and they are not delivered it means that you have an issue on the smtp server. For example it stops to send email if you try to send too much emails in a limited amount of time. Check the whole best practices list I send you in my first message.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
