I am trying to add a new user to NPrinting and after I put in all the information it does not let me "create" it. I've added user before I'm not sure what is happening. Any ideas?

What version of Qlik NPrinting are you using?
Can you attach a screenshot that shows the error message?
Did you ensure the mandatory fields were filled out such as Email / Name / Time Zone and Locale?

I am using June 2018 Version: 18.19.6.0.
That's just it, I don't get an error it just has the create button greyed out, I have attached a screenshot.

I believe I see the issue is with the Domain Account information.
Please be sure to set it in the following format: domain\username
