NPrinting On Demand error: {"code":403,"message":"User has no rights to access the resource"}

Hello

We have been using On Demand and N Printing for a long time.  Suddenly we are receiving the error message above.  All users seem to be receiving this.  Does anyone know why this might be the case or how to check why?

Thanks

Paul

Hi,

UPDATE: Qlik NPrinting November 2019 SR1 and February 2020 SR1 solves the issue. Both are publicly available for download and we suggest to upgrade your installation because changing the browser settings will lower the security. Also next version April 2020 will have the issue solved.

If you are using Chrome, please check my correct answer here https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/Nprinting-Ondemand-not-working-on-Chrome/m-....

Test also with another browser.

Be sure you fill all the requirements in the page  https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2020/Content/NPrinting/On-Demand/Install-Components.ht...

Best Regards,

Ruggero

We too, out of the blue, are having the same issue.  We use NP Sept 2018 and QV 17 SR6.  Not sure this will help you or anyone else seeing this prior to performing an upgrade  (we are much further behind on versions) but I enabled a few "View" settings my NP Security Role assigned to my users using On Demand.  My security roles has:  Apps with View enabled, Reports with View enabled, On Demand enabled (of course), and I also enabled all the Published Reports settings.

Hi,

Please follow the suggestions in my post marked as solution.

If it doesn't work it is a different issue, so please post a new conversation with the details.
