NPrinting Preview Error

Receiving the following error when trying to preview excel report in NPrinting. Also the same error pops up when trying to save any changes.

@simonQlik6  What version of Nprinting are you currently using? Does this happen for any Excel Report template?

The version is of May 2023. Yes it happens for any report that I'm trying to preview.

The issue was resolved by installing an older version of Nprinting editor (2022)

Hi @simonQlik6 

maybe this solution works but it is not supported and can cause damage to your repository. You are doing this on your own risk and in case something goes wrong you will not have Qlik support. 
Supported configuration must run Nprinting Designer, Server and Engine all on exactly the same version.
