NPrinting "Interface not supported" error

Hello All -

I've started receiving a new error when I click to expand the Tables in NPrinting designer:

If I click OK, then I can click again to expand the Tables. But when I try to add or remove an object, it gives me the same error and won't let me go forward. Any idea how to fix it?

have you installed any new software?

what happens if you try to create a new report?

have you tried uninstalling and reintalling designer

No new software, but I haven't tried reinstalling designer.

I think it's only a problem with cloned reports. I created a new report from scratch (with the same NSQ) and the problem seemed to go away.

if that is the case, I sould submit a change request to support but instead of cloing reports, you can copy the tempalte file as another name and when you create a new report point to that - at least it will avoaid from starting from scratch or open up the report and do a save as
