NPrinting reportOLE error 800AC472

Hi ,

Recently I am encouraging a new problem with the NPrinting report. When I try to edit an excel template with NPrinting Designer,  an excel error OLE 800AC472 occur and sometimes it freezes after you add a table.

anyone has any suggestion ?

Hi, is your office activated on the machine you are trying to edit that report?

Hi Lech , 

Yes office is activated and I am trying to edit excel file on computer. 

NP Designer is same version as NP server.

This error usually indicates issues with Office... Would you be able to try to edit it from different machine/ different laptop or even server?

I am assuming that your office installation has something in it or maybe is corrupted or maybe you have some excel add-ons installed which interfere with NPrinting?

Hi Lech,

I tried same report on 4 different pc, 32 bit and 64bit office 365. I tested on Both NP Apr2020 , Design Apr2020 and NP Sep2019 and Design Sep 2019. all had same issue. I tried also create same report from scratch, no link, no embeded object. Simply add tables and drag and drop fields. no luck.
