NPrinting17 Scheduler and Web Engine service won't start!

Good morning everyone,

I have the problem that for two days my these do not start anymore for no apparent reason

I have the latest version installed - September 2018 - Patch 2

Does anyone have an idea what the solution could be?

Die Dienste versuchen in irgendeiner Datenbank Eintr�ge zu l�schen die vermutlich schon gel�scht wurden. Das Problem sollte seitens Hersteller angeschaut da es ein Anwendungsfehler ist.

- reboot the system

- check that the Windows user who is running the services has the requested requirements https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2018/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/User-acco...

- check that the Windows user password is still valid and not changed

I have already tested all three variants and also performed unfortunately without success?

In detail:

1. Reboot done
2. Check the Service User
3. User newly deposited in the service - successful

Do you have any other idea than a new installation?

Hi,

Could you attach the complete log files?

You could stop all services, delete previous log files, try to start all services and post that logs. If you cannot share them (there are no Qlik data inside) you could search if there are error messages.

I investigated with a colleague but the ones you posted are not useful to have an idea about the cause.

Hi,

yes, the Messaging, Repo and Engine Service are running.

NPrinting is install on a Single Server (Virtual machine) and not on the QlikView Server.

On The NPrinting Server is no other application running.
