Using QVP Connection of QlikView Server, after some report generation server got stuck.
QlikView and Nprinting Server resources(CPU/RAM) is ideal and Nprinting task says running but it is not generating anything.
once I restart the QlikView Server everything work fine for few reports then again same problem. Also i'm seeing lots of active session on QlikView Server QMC with the same user while Nprinting is generating the report as per attached screenshot.
Hi,
Ok, everything seems fine. At this point I suggest you to open a support ticket. Include a link to this conversation, the version of all software you are using, the complete log files and instructions to reproduce.

Hi,
Are the QlikView and Qlik NPrinting servers installed on different computers?
Did you check the log files and the task executions page?
Is QlikView Desktop installed on the Qlik NPrinting Engine computers using a named cal or a license code and control number license?
Best Regards,
Ruggero
This issue usually occurs when the NP service account is shared between different NP server and or Different QV server services
It can also happen if there are unsupported items in the QVWs.
Please check the following article for details of what to look for and how to resolve.

We are having dedicated QlikView and Nprinting server with separate service account.
Log files is not giving any error and task execution remain blank not single line in log section
We are using named cal for QlikView Desktop installed on Nprinting server, also we don't have any unsupported item in application.
