Nprinting Connection with QlikView on Different Domain

Hi Friends,

I have Nprinting 17.3 install on say ,'ABC Domain'. And My QlikView Server in say 'XYZ Domain'.

Now, I want to connect Nprinting with QlikView applications. So, Is it possible or will i need same domain for Nprinting and QlikView both

Please help.

Hi,

Qlik NPrinting 17.3 is a very old version and I strongly suggest you to upgrade your installation to latest version.

  • The Windows user account must belong to the local QlikView Administrator group on all QVS servers used by Qlik NPrinting.

You need to find a way in Active Directory to met that requirement. The domain user that runs the Qlik NPrinting Engine service must be a member of the local QlikView Administrator group on all QVS servers.

Hi,
