We have upgraded the environment with September release and have re-installed Nprinting designer. But when we are trying to edit template of any of the old reports, we are getting below error while Nprinting Designer 2019 opens:
HTTP call error sending request
https://<>, method GET. Http status code InternalServerError (500)
I have checked the below link.

The workaround did not work.

I am not sure which admin password is being refereed in the resolution of the post.

First of all, thank you so much for supporting us solve this issue. Really appreciate your quick response. 🙂
As per your suggestion and provided guidelines, we upgraded to Sep 2019 release. Now, I am able to open Nprinting designer while editing reports.
But, now I see another issue in On Demand Reporting Button which connects to Nprinting server from Qlik app and generated the reports. When I am trying to generate the new report, it says "Request Failed". I wanted to check if you have tested generating report using "on demand reporting" extension provided in Qlik dashboard bundle?
