Nprinting - Image object is showed when xlsx report but isnt when .pdf

Hello,

I did an excel report with nprinting.

It has a Dashboard Sheet (visualization) that are linked to others Data Sheets in the same excel template report.

One of these data sheets has image objects that shows the products pictures.

To link theses pictures in the Dashboard sheet I used the excel name manager (each picture has an especific name) and index(match) excel function.

It turns out that when I run a publish task using this report as .xlsx output, the linked pictures (after I clik 'Enable Editing') are showed. But when I run as .pdf output the linked pictures are not showed (even the pictures in the data sheet are showed).

Any clue about that?

I wanted to respond to your post to see if this was still an issue.

First which version of Qlik NPrinting are you using? Are you using Qlik Sense or QlikView?

As far as the images, are there any 3rd party extensions being used as these would not be supported.

Are you able to share screenshots or any type of logs that would help troubleshoot your issue?

If you are using Qlik NPrinting 17.x or later the logs are located here: C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs
