Nprinting: Invalid characters in file name

Hello everybody,

i have a problem with my Nprinting Tasks. The Nprinting Server create every day reports in XLS. By creating them, every 3rd or 4th day i get the following message in the log:

ERROR: Invalid characters in file name

The file, which can't be created because of this error, is never the same.

I have a ZIP-File with password, which includes 12 files in XLS. This ZIP-File is password secured.

The file names are in this format: 20161212_XX_XXXXXXX_XX_XXXXXX.xlsx

Do you have the same problem or do you have a solution for this problem?

Quite probably contained the filename a forbidden char like:

maybe because one of your filename-variables couldn't be evaluated properly.

Hi,

what version are you using?

16SR2 has following fix:

The error “Invalid characters in path” appeared sporadically during the execution of a scheduled job by the NPrinting Server. This issue has been resolved.

My filename contains none of these characters.
