Hi everyone,
First at all thanks for your time 😉.
I'm writing you because I'm testing Nprinting Newstand functionality and I miss the possibility to configure Nprinting to remove automatically old reports or maybe the keep just the last one, etc.
Do you know what I'm asking is possible? I don't want that space used by old reports will be constantly growing.
Best Regards
Hi,
You could:
- set the Days to keep and Reports to keep parameters of the publish task. Note that the minimum value for both is 1 so you cannot set them to 0 to delete all published reports. More details in the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/Dist...
- manually delete each published reports https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/News...
There is not a feature to mass delete published reports, you have to delete them one by one. Also there is not a feature for administrators to delete reports of users, each user have to delete its own reports.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
