We are facing issue with On-Demand feature.
It is working in IE but not other browsers, and when we check browser we are getting this error:
An error occurred: {"code":403,"message":"User has no rights to access the resource"}
We tried following steps mentioned in this support article but it did not fix issue.

Nprinting Version: June 2019
The solution @Ruggero_Piccoli is referring to is so that you can implement JWT authentication:
The QV IIS accesspoint solution was created to solve this secondary issue you are seeing and thus negates the need to log onto NPrinting first which creates a windows authenticated session that enables you to then perform your On Demand request via QVWS accesspoint.
Thanks for your help Frank
I'm not a technical guy, so I will pass on to IT and ask them take a look.

Hi @rcaceres ,
Are you working with Qlik NPrinting 17+? Please if it is a new question open a new conversation here.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
Hi @Ruggero_Piccoli ,
we are facing to the same issue that Galiabed with chrome (since version 80) .
Your answer to suggest to change samesite parameter works, but we can't do it with all of our users.
Is there a way to make a change on server side of Qlik to make it works without changing parameters on Chrome ?
We are on february version for both Qlik Sense and Nprinting, and we use only http link without certificate (I don't know if it change something).
Thanks !
This might be solved by the following:
1. Open the Qlik Sense app
2. Type the FQDN path for the NPrinting server ie: https://mynpserver.domain.com
3. Once you are able to connect to your list of connections, pick the connection and then below the connection filed, update the report information. Finish the configuration of the On Demand object as needed
4. Change your NPrinting URL so you use the FQDN ie: https://mynpserver.domain.com
5. Log into NPrinting (make sure that you have added your domain account information to your NP user account before you attempt this.
6. Log in to the Qlik Sense hub in a new tab.
7. Run the report.
This normally solves the issue simply by using the fully qualified domain path for the NP server.
Kind regards...
It works, many thanks for your help 😄
No worries @yuyu
