Nprinting Reports are not getting purge from either hub or Newstand even though they are set to be.

Hi,

Nprinting reports are not getting deleted from either hub or Newstand even though we have set Nprinting parameter such as Reports to Keep, Days to Keep. 

We have also implemented workaround provided in below support article but still no luck.

Nprinting reports published to the Unified Hub are... - Qlik Community - 1711382

Could you please help in this scenario.

Hi,

Every user can delete the reports on the NewsStand. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/News.... There is not a native feature to mass delete NewsStand reports, for example by an administrator.

You can also work with the Days to keep and Reports to keep parameters https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation/Dist...

To delete the reports published in Qlik Sense Hub you need to use its API.

Could you please mentioned the steps needed to delete the published reports from hub using API.

Also, We found other support article relevant to our scenario ,will this help in deleting reports from hub ?

Hi,

I'm sorry but I don't have a working example of the use of Qlik Sense APIs to delete reports published on the Hub. The parameters Days to keep and Reports to keep are related only to the Qlik NPrinting NewsStand.

We have implemented the below mentioned support article in our test environment successfully but still unable to delete the Nprinting published report from hub. 

Attached is the screenshot for your reference . Let us know if we had missed anything.
