Nprinting report publication failed after upgrade Qlikview 12.30 sr3

Hello Community,

I recently installed QlikView 12.30 SR 3 and i have a problem with Nprinting report publication and regeneration of connections (Manually or via Triggers). NPrinting Engine failed to open document with some warns. i have not this problem  with QlikView 12.10.

I put in attachment the screen shot of the error.

Hi this is because you are not meeting all requirements. Those could be:

  • the same version of  QlikView server  and Desktop installed on NPrinitng box
  • QlikView desktop license may not be leased for service account user

error says it all. Your instance of QlikView desktop used by NPrinting engine is not able to open document.

make sure you meet all requirements which are listed on https://help.qlik.com under NPrintng section
