qlik Sense Ver - Feb 2019
Some user is not getting attachment in his email . I have also check log file and found below mentioned error. I have not applied any filter in nprinting . it is simple report to extract data only

I would recommend upgrading to newer version of NPrinting to leverage many performance and logging enhancements as well as a full raft of software defect resolutions as well as NPrinting user identity which in some cases (image export from QS) requires a token assigned to the NP identity and to the NP user account. This is not needed from June 2019 NP and later versions. (See https://support.qlik.com/articles/000033911 section Qlik Sense)
Please upgrade NP at your earliest convenience and retest.
If the issue persists, please log a support request with your Qlik Support partner or directly with the Qlik Support desk as per your maintenance agreement.

I have found the issue and resolved it.
Option :- Apply user section access for reports was selected in Nprinting. Some users were getting email because they had qlik sense access as well. The users who did not have qlik sense access were not getting attachment
