Hi @MaheshNayakar

You've noted that you've checked filters and conditions but you also need to verify the other items I mentioned.

In addtion to the points made by Ruggero and if you are not the NPrinting Server administrator or the person who configured NPrinting then you will need to speak with them to check regarding the NP service account.to ensure it meets the necessary requirement.

Regarding the source document you are connecting NP to  (QVW or QVF), you should verify that it contains no unsupported items as mentioned

If you are using Qlik Sense, check the following list of unsupported items

Kind regards...

@MaheshNayakar

There are several reasons that this could be happening.

Primarily that you may have unsupported items in your QVW's associated with your QVW. (It is also possible that you have macro's in your QVWs).

Please check the following article to check for unsupported items and feel free to use the workaround mentioned at the end of the article. This too can cause the issue that you reported.

It is also possible that you are sharing the NP service account between multiple environments and this is NOT supported. For more information to improve the health of your new deployment, please check this article:

Please also review the Migration playbook mentioned below as well

Kind regards...

Hi,

You posted the Task Executions page messages. Please check also the logs https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Logging.htm to see if there are more specific messages.

If you open the report template in the Designer, are you able to run a preview without errors? If you added many reports in the publish task are you able to run correct previews of all of them?

Best Regards,

Ruggero
