On Demand Button

Dear all,

N-Printing reports are not visible on clicking "On demand" button :

I have followed all the steps from below post:

I have added Qlik sense server as trusted origin in nprinting admin.

Steps are:

• get your system admin to create DNS names for FQDN (Qlik Sense & NPrinting)
• get your system admin to obtain 3rd party trusted certificates (it can be 1 wildcard certificate for both sites) - requirements for those certificates are in the links provided earlier
• get your system admin to convert for you certificates to required formats .crt .key .pfx (so you dont have to deal with OPEN SSL by yourself)

Regarding OpenSSL and converting certificates - You can use newer version of installer, but still ensure you first obtain 3rd party trusted certificate as self signed certificate will not work for you.
